With over 20 years of experience in the Guanacaste real estate market, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients from around the world find their ideal property in one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful coastal regions.
My career began at Reserva Conchal, one of the country’s premier beach and golf resorts, where I specialized in luxury residential sales and investment properties. During that time, I developed a deep understanding of resort communities, vacation home markets, and international buyer needs.
After several years in the resort sector, I transitioned into working independently across the broader Guanacaste region, including Tamarindo, Playa Potrero, Flamingo, and the surrounding beach towns. I’ve built a reputation for providing honest advice, personalized service, and expert guidance—whether helping buyers, sellers, or investors.
